Becoming Self- Aware is nothing ‘new age’ or faddy…The Ancient Greek aphorism “know thyself” was inscribed on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi. For century’s different cultures have used different ways to realise the awesome power of Self-Awareness. For example: the Indigenous peoples of America have used the Medicine Wheel as a guide or map for their personal journeys of Self-discovery.

Working with the Medicine Wheel personally for over twenty years, I have found great wisdom and clarity in these teachings. The Journey to our authentic Self may feel daunting at times but in this series of workshops using the gentle transformational powers of Wild Earth Animal Essences © by Daniel Maple, we can reveal aspects of ourselves that serve to enhance our experience of authentic Living, Loving and Being!

Our time together will be a mixture of guided meditation (with live drumming), journeying, writing, and sharing. There may be time at the end of each session for more sounding/music (so bring your drum or flute if you have one). In the beginning, we shall create a sacred prayer which will be unique to our group to open sacred space as we prepare to go deep within.
